Please read this FAQ and Policies carefully before contacting me with any questions~

The Basics + Design/Products

  1. What is the difference between "in stocks" and "preorders"?
    1. In stocks are items that I have on hand and can be shipped immediately. They're often limited in quantity since it is all I have left in inventory. 
    2. Preorders will be marked as *Pre Order* and will take a certain longer amount of time to process depending on the items since the items will have to be funded (through the preorder sales) and then produced/manufactured before they can be shipped. Please make sure you are aware of the wait time when purchasing any pre-orders as they will be specified in the listing and updates will be given through my social media.
  2. What is your processing time?
    1. Since I do work a full-time job it varies per update and how busy my actual job gets, as of now the processing time is as follows:
      1. in stocks: ~3-7 days starting FEB 1st! (for this update since I will be out of town soon!) 
      2. pre-orders: 3months+ depending on the items production and arrival time (check preorder info page for more details)
  3. How do you make XXX item?
    1. All items are designed by me (I use Procreate to draw the designs) and will either be handmade by me (i.e. Stickers, Stickersheets, Decals) and/or will be produced by a third-party manufacturer!
  4. Who is your manufacturer?
    1. Most of my manus are just some I found on alibaba!^^ For items like stickers/prints etc. I either make them myself or I use US based companies such as GotPrint/Moo/StickerBlitz etc. I kinda use a lot of different manus depending on the item and what I'm looking for!
  5. Do you restock your items?
    1. I try to have preorders open or a large initial stock for most items and finish those stocks but for some items I might not restock due to it being a limited item (such as keychains, pins or dolls) or it being too strenuous for me to continue (such as stickersheets;;). I try to always have restocks of washi tape and memo/sticker note pads if theyre in demand!
  6. Will you make items outside of SKZ?
    1. Yes! I've dabbled into some magical girl and other cute stuffs I like and I am planning to make items for maybe anime as well as oc content! I already have some ocs and I'm planning to design more original content as time passes!
  7. Will you make more dolls? Restock Seungsdoll?
    1. As of right now I don't have plans to restock seungsdoll

Orders/Refunds/Shipping

  1. Can I change/modify/cancel my order?
    1. All sales are final, so there will be no cancellations allowed. Changes to your address can be made through emailing me at zimtyco@gmail.com with your order number, name and change of address BEFORE it is shipped. No other changes can be made to your order once it has been placed;-;
    2. Return and refunds?
      1. All items are final sale meaning I cannot issue any refunds or accept any returns (unless it was received in damaged conditions, see below for more details).
      2. Where do you ship from? What carrier do you use for shipping?
        1. I ship from the US, specifically California and use the cheapest possible USPS option for all shipping (mainly First Class Mail). If you would prefer other shipping options please email me before ordering. 
        2. Do you ship internationally/to XXX country?
          1. Yes! I have international shipping options that start at ~$16 through USPS. Please make sure to check this link to check if your country might be affected by Covid-19 shipping restrictions. In addition to that list I also cannot ship to the UK/EU at the moment as well as Australia (see below for more info).
          2. Can I combine shipping of my orders?
            1. Yes! Within an order period, all orders with the same address and name will be automatically combined and shipping excess refunded. 
            2. How do I track my shipment?
              1. Unless you have chosen stamped/letter mail, tracking will be emailed to your order email when your item is shipped. For international shipping the USPS tracking will often stop updating once it has reached the destination country. Any tracking beyond that will have to be made by contacting your local post service as I have no way of tracking the package in your country.
                1. My order contains defective/wrong or missing items.
                  1. I'm so sorry that happened! I take great care with making sure everything is packaged well and correctly but mistakes do happen and I apologize for that. Please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order with your order # and pictures of the defective/wrong items + the issue and I will do my best to help! Please note that I cannot however take responsibility for any damages caused during transit/lost mail:(
                  2. I never received my items!
                    1. Please first make sure that your order has shipped and check the tracking for where your package could possibly be! If it is still in transit please wait for a bit as there are some delays due to covid at the moment and I can't really control the post;-;
                      1. Please note that if you have chosen stamped/letter mail, you have agreed to the risks of it being shipped out untracked and I unfortunately cannot help if the items get lost in transit. 
                    2. If the package is marked "delivered" I will try my best to help locate it but I am not responsible for any lost mail or mail to undeliverable/invalid addresses, I wish I could help with any of these but once the package is shipped I cannot control what happens to it! To prevent any address mishap please make sure you enter the correct information, or let me know asap if there are any changes to your address!
                  3. Why are you not shipping to the EU/UK?
                    1. Unfortunately due to the new VAT rules I will stop shipping to the EU/UK through here starting 7/1/2021. As for the future I will be researching and checking for a way to better accommodate EU/UK customers but for now I can only accept order through GO's, I apologize for the inconvenience.

                    Policies

                    Please read carefully and make sure you understand all items. There will be repeats in the FAQ above so if you've read through all that, these policies are a summary of the important items. 

                    1. Processing and Shipping times (these might change as I get busier, pls check in each shop update for accurate times):
                      1. Processing
                        1. Instocks: currently ~3/7 business days starting Feb 1st! (as I will be out of town soon!)
                        2. Preorders: currently 3months+ depending on item
                      2. Shipping
                        1. Domestic: ~2-8 business days 
                        2. International: 2-4 weeks+ 
                      3. Note that shipping times DO NOT include processing times, and processing time does not change depending on shipping method.
                    2. I am not responsible for any lost/damaged mail, rebounded or undeliverable delivery addresses, please check your information thoroughly before placing your order. 
                    3. All items are final sale, no returns, exchanges or refunds are possible. For any issues with your order please see the FAQ above.
                    4. All thank you cards are addressed to your order name! If you would like me to use a different name please let me know in the order comments!
                    5. Shipping to the EU/UK is currently not possible due to VAT and other policies  sorry;-;
                    6. Shipping to Canada is also currently suspended;-;
                    7. For international orders, I am not responsible for any additional customs/duties or import tax fees that might apply/are required by your country.
                    8. If you choose stamped mail at check out, there will be no tracking and I'm not responsible for possible lost mail so please choose it at your own risk! Upon request I can take pictures of the mail and its drop off (please add this in the notes if you wish to request this proof)
